Refund Policy

1) All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the book Jet Lag Is For Rich People. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
2) Damaged, defective, or wrong item (replacement only)
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it at no cost.
How to request a replacement (within 7 days of delivery):
- Email marketing@braviacapital.com with your order number, delivery date, and clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
- Keep the item and packaging for now; we’ll let you know if we need a return or disposal confirmation.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, we’ll provide a suitable remedy.
3) Lost or delivery issues
- If the carrier confirms a loss in transit, we’ll send a one-time replacement.
- If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please check with the carrier and your building/household first; we can’t issue refunds for carrier-marked deliveries.
4) Address errors & refused deliveries
Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer—or refused at delivery—aren’t eligible for refunds. If the package is returned to us in sellable condition, we can reship at your expense.
5) Order changes or cancellations
We can modify or cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment. Once processing begins, the sale is final.
6) Taxes, duties, and fees (international orders)
Any import duties, taxes, or carrier fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. We don’t refund for delays due to customs or carrier service issues.
7) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law. If local law grants you a mandatory right to return (e.g., certain distance-selling rules in your country), we’ll honor it in line with that law’s requirements and timelines.
